In this role, you’ll be creating unforgettable memories, meeting fans and players, and visiting cities and stadiums around the world.

What Is a Trip Host?

Trip Hosts are the backbone of every experience we create. As a Trip Host, you’ll be the face of TrueFan Travel on the ground—coordinating all trip logistics, serving as the primary point of contact for guests, and ensuring every moment exceeds expectations. You’ll bring the TrueFan experiences to life while maintaining our high standards of safety and service.

  • Passionate sports fan with strong knowledge of NFL, MLB, or soccer
  • Confident communicator — comfortable leading a group of 20–200+ people
  • Flexible schedule — available for weekend and international travel
  • Customer-first mindset with a calm head under pressure
  • Prior hospitality, events, or travel experience is a plus
